Trade customers are able to put in stock product on hold for up to 2 business days. After this, those items are automatically released back into available stock.

A quote can be created within the website. If you are logged in as a trade customer, you can build the quote, and share it with end user client, and/ or anyone else you select. This quote will also stay in your account until you delete it, or it reverts to an order. General Public customers can also create an account so they can go back and review their quote. Freight and Installation is calculated at the checkout. If you have a Trade Account, that calculation can also be done on a quote.

All Globewest products are covered by a 24-month Structural Warranty, in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty applies for 24 months from the earlier of the delivery or collection date. During this time, if a product is found by our authorised repairers to have a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. What the Structural Warranty covers The warranty applies to defects in the structural frame of the product. What is not covered The Structural Warranty does not cover issues relating to: • Surface or decorative elements • Fabric or upholstery • Cracks or finish variations • General wear and tear If you believe your product has a fault covered under warranty, our team will be happy to assist. Due to the huge volume of items we have in each collection, we do not have everything on show in each of our showrooms at all times. We have over 600 pieces in each showroom - which include some favourites, some best sellers, and a large selection of new season items. If you want to see something specific, call your preferred showroom to see if it is on display; our Showroom Consultants can also show a like product to give an indication of size, comfort and / or colour. All products within the range are placed together on our website.

So we can offer you the best customer service, we encourage you to make an appointment. Please note we are a wholesaler so whilst general public are always welcome to view products, you will then be referred to a stockist or interior designer to order/ purchase.
