All Globewest products are covered by a 24-month Structural Warranty, in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty applies for 24 months from the earlier of the delivery or collection date. During this time, if a product is found by our authorised repairers to have a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What the Structural Warranty covers
The warranty applies to defects in the structural frame of the product.

What is not covered
The Structural Warranty does not cover issues relating to:

• Surface or decorative elements
• Fabric or upholstery
• Cracks or finish variations
• General wear and tear
